On July 2012, Senate Bill 946 was enacted. It mandates Health Insurance carriers to pay for “Behavioral Health Treatment, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy” [SB 946 language]. If a client is 3 years and older and has a diagnoses of autism, ABA services should be provided by your health insurance carrier. Please contact your carrier to verify coverage.

To start the service process, please click on the “Contact Form” button below. Please have your child’s information, as well as your health insurance plan’s information ready. If health insurance coverage for your child is provided by another family member (e.g., one of the parents, but not the one filling out the form), please provide that person’s information, as well as the insurance plan’s information.

The Regional Center (RC) is a nonprofit corporation, funded by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). There are RC offices throughout California to provide resources and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Floortime and social skill services are mainly funded by the RC. If your family member does not have a diagnosis of autism and is younger than 3 years, the RC should fund ABA services. In addition, a RC may fund ABA services if you are covered under a self-funded health insurance plan or your health insurance plan is located outside the state of California. To identify your local RC, please go to the DDS website.

Our Vendor Number identifies CBC in the RC system. The RC will need the following information about CBC, depending on the services you seeking:

Floortime Program Vendor Number PE0752
Social Skills Program Vendor Number PP5684
ABA Program Vendor Number PE0719
Infant Development Vendor Number HE0320

CBC provides Floortime, Social Skills, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Infant Development services to private paying clients. However, if a health insurance carrier or Regional Center that contracts with CBC will fund your services, we cannot accept out of pocket payment from you.  We strongly encourage you to go through the funding source to secure services with CBC. On the other hand, if you are receiving services by another provider in our industry and are interested in supplementing or augmenting the service you receive, please contact us for private pay rates. We also accept private pay clients for trainings, in-services, consultation (1:1 and group), independent assessments (second opinion) or special education-related services. All services provided by CBC are overseen by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) staff. Please click on the “Contact Form” below or contact us at customercare@cbced.com for pricing.
