April is Autism Awareness Month

Autism Awareness month is here. Starting out on Monday, April 2nd with the international community celebrating World Autism Awareness Day. Part of the Autism Speaks program is for everyone to wear blue on that day and historical landmarks and buildings around the world lighting up in blue. Awareness, Inclusion, Acceptance, Appreciation and Action.  There are many events going on throughout the month in the community and we will keep you posted here on our blog and on our Facebook page.

Here at CBC Education, we will be doing something different each week of the month with our clients and families.

We start with our first week by having our clients add their hand print to our ribbon wall.  We will post photos so be sure to check back each week.

Our clients did an amazing job making and adding their hand prints to our Ribbon Wall!  Thank you to our Case Managers who were awesome!

Making progress…

Great job everyone!
