Our team had a fantastic time at the CalABA Empower conference in Pasadena this month. We participated in diverse workshops and panel discussions to enhance our expertise in the ABA field. Moreover, we were delighted to exhibit our services at CBC Education once again this year.
Our Executive Director, Ruth Tello-Di Leva, chaired a panel discussion (Embrace diversity, expand your candidate pool and enhance your hiring strategies by harnessing the power of lived experiences) with Jessika Feil of Bella Vista Behavior Services and Monica Gaytan, Clinical Coordinator at Familias First. This panel was designed to empower behavior analysts, hiring managers, and agency owners (referred to as “participants”), in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to discern and substantiate the life experiences of prospective employees as integral components of their success in the field.
We are looking forward to next year!
