CBC is committed to the empowerment of parents and other primary caregivers. Because of this, we offer monthly workshops at our San Gabriel, CA office. Important topics, such as “How to Talk to Your Child About ASD,” “Floortime All the Time!” and “The Size of the Problem (teaches problem solving skills).” Below are the current available workshops and please check our website and social media for updates. Parent Workshop Friendship Skills
One of our goals for teaching social skills is to help our clients learn how to build healthy relationships with others. Join us in discussing how to support your family member’s friendship skills. We will be reviewing the friendship pyramid and how people develop impressions of one another.

Our summer social day camp is offered on Tuesdays – Fridays through August 23rd in two hour blocks. This program is for families who are receiving services with CBC Education.
The areas of focus are: Making Friends, Communication Skills, Learning to Share, Perspective Taking, Social Awareness and Interacting with Peers.
