CBC is committed to the empowerment of parents and other primary caregivers. Because of this, we offer monthly workshops at our San Gabriel, CA office. Important topics, such as “How to Talk to Your Child About ASD,” “Floortime All the Time!” and “The Size of the Problem (teaches problem solving skills).” Below are the current available workshops and please check our website and social media for updates. Meet other families and create a support system. Light refreshments are served.

First Day of Spring – EVENT CANCELLED

For clients in our Floortime program, we will be hosting a virtual event on March 20th. We will be talking about the upcoming season, weather changes and what plans we have to enjoy Spring.  THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

SSTP Pokemon Go

For clients in our Social Skills program, we will be hosting a Pokemon Go event for ages 6-17.  Participants will use the Pokemon Go app to catch Pokemon in the Pokemon and battle and trade Pokemon. It will be a fun event so register soon with your Case Manager!

Our Social Skills program will host a Valentine’s Day event for clients at our El Monte Center. We will enjoy arts and crafts, dancing, movie and video gaming.

Family Valentine’s Event

For our ABA clients, we will be joining our sister agency, Familias First, for a event on Saturday, January 11th to celebrate Valentine’s Day. This will be held at our San Gabriel center.
