The 37th annual CalABA Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach over the weekend. Our Executive Director, Ruth Tello-Di Leva, was a panelist on a talk entitled Behavior Analysts Look at Diversity.
Ruth’s presentation, The Importance of Diversity in Behavior Analytics Practice, highlighted the need to take the social and cultural diversity of our clients into account when developing standards that govern the ABA field. She shared examples from her 20 plus years of experience.
CalABA is a wonderful opportunity for our team members to learn and grow, taking in many presentations and meeting with other specialists in the ABA field.
