Se tocan temas importantes, entre ellos, «Cómo hablar con su hijo sobre los Trastornos del espectro de autistismo», «Floortime todo el tiempo» y «El tamaño del problema (enseña las destrezas para solucionar problemas)». Pokemon
Our Social Skills Training Program is hosting an in person Pokémon event for clients ages 8 and up.
Participants will use their Pokémon Go app to catch Pokémon in the Pokémon, battle Pokémon and trade Pokémon. There will also be Pokémon trivia during breaks to work on conversation and demonstrate sportsmanship.

Anime April Events
Our Social Skills Training Program is hosting two virtual Anime events on April 7th and 21st. For ages 12 and up.
Clients will watch Anime clips, share their thoughts and artwork related to Anime. Please register with your Case Manager.

Egg-Stravaganza
We are hosting an egg-citing event for our Floortime and Social Skills clients at Smith Park in San Gabriel. Have your picture taken with the Easter bunny! Join in with a fun Easter egg hunt, bunny hop, arts and crafts and much more.

ABA Program String Art
Our ABA Program will be hosting a virtual event for clients ages 4-18. Clients will build an art project from string. They will work on following instruction, taking turns talking about the project, raising their hands/waiting for a turn, and telling the group (conversation) about their project.

Paw-Some Show and Tell
Our Floortime Program is hosting a pet show and tell. If you don’t have a pet, a stuffed animal will do. Clients can also join to see other pets as well. We will talk about pet responsibilities and how to care for a pet. Activities include making a puppet (brown bag or sock), animal origami and scavenger hunt. Highlighted skills: Conversation, turn-taking, waiting, flexibility, following instructions, game rules.

Decorate a Rainbow Piggy Bank
